Remodeled by our family.
Built for yours.
A family-run design-build team serving McHenry County, kitchens, baths, basements and backyards built with the care we'd give our own home.
What We Do
From full remodels to the honey-do list.
We're a small family crew, the people who quote your project are the ones swinging the hammers. No handoffs, no runaround, no corporate office to call.

How We Work
No surprises. Just a job done right.
When you hire DBC, the person who quotes your project is on the jobsite building it. That's the family-business difference.
A conversation
We walk your space, listen to how you actually live in it, and give you an honest scope and budget, no sales pitch, no pressure.
A plan you can see
Layout, materials, and a clear plan before we cut a single board. You'll know exactly what you're getting and what it costs.
We get to work
Our own hands, every trade. We keep a clean jobsite, treat your home like it's ours, and keep you in the loop the whole way.
The walkthrough
We finish together, a final walkthrough, the punch list knocked out, and work we're proud to put our family name on.

Meet the Family
Local. Family-owned.
Built on trust.
We're a local, family-owned business out of Algonquin, IL. Patrick and Ashley met in 2003 at Marian Central High School in Woodstock, high-school sweethearts who built a remodeling business you can trust.
We treat every home as if it were our own, and we stand behind the quality of our work. That's the standard Connor, our Project Supervisor, keeps us honest to.
